The SC Series: The Smart Processing Core
REK Innovation proudly presents the SC Series, our next-generation smart chamber system. This versatile single-chamber processing core combines R&D flexibility with the high performance and reliability required for 24/7 production. Built on decades of experience in packaging technology, the SC Series features:
- Working Space: 400x350x70mm
- Temperature Control: Up to 1000°C
- Vacuum Capability: High vacuum processing
- Gas Processing: Ready for inert and explosive gases for formic acid-assisted fluxless reflow soldering.
With a self-calibrating gas control module, you can customize gas types to your needs. The chamber supports both contact and contactless thermal processing, enabling high levels of customization for various loads, including power electronics on DBC or AMB substrates. Heating and cooling are independent of chamber pressure and gas composition, ensuring extraordinary speed and efficiency. Optional features enhance process design, control, and monitoring capabilities.
